Our Annual BBQ
Poplar Tent Presbyterian Church has been hosting an annual barbecue event since 1945, making it a long-standing tradition. The event is known for its wood-smoked, pit-cooked pork barbecue and has become a significant community gathering. Our BBQ is always held on the 1st Thursday in November starting at 9:00 AM until SOLD OUT or 7:00 PM….whichever comes first!
